HOW IT WORKS

Species consultation and overall design aesthetic preferences, husbandry requirements. 

Comprehensive species research that encompasses all elements of superior husbandry requirements, enrichment and hardscape design.

Pictures of conceptualized designs will be texted or emailed to you for approval, desired changes and add ons before moving on to the fabrication phase of the design process. Once a design has been approved, changes are very difficult and can not be made, unless absolutely necessary. If I have to change the design or an element due to a structural or technical issue,  prior approvals will be requested from the client. 

The actual sculptural process of design and fabrication can take 1 - 2 weeks plus to be completed depending on the design size, custom features, species, complexities and scope of work required. All work is handmade and thus requires a great deal of hands on detailed work.

For your peace of mind, I always supply my clients with progress photos so that you can see the progression of the design. 

If applicable, progression photos of the complete design build will be supplied to the client prior to shipping or dellivery.

I research a variety of shipping options to provide the best rates. This can include Air Freight to the nearest airport if one is near.  This method is the most economical for large and heavy objects. You will always be provided the total cost of shipping prior to shipment for final approval. *Insurance is always recommended for damages and shipping loss
